Find Inspiration for Your Home

Did you know April is Decorating Month? Yep, this month was created to inspire people to decorate their surroundings to boost their moods and to bring overall happiness. Not much of a decorator? Not a problem. Today, with social media, primarily Pinterest, there are many ideas and inspiration to be found.

In addition to finding inspiration, there are lots of blogs about decorating a room. One of my favorite’s is by Rod Works who provides some great decorating tips in their blog. However, sometimes trying different arrangements or sitting with a blank space can give you some ideas. What is important to remember is there is no wrong way to decorate your home. Let your personality shine through and include items that have special meaning to you. In my home, independent and old movies are a passion of mine so I have pictures from movie scenes and movie posters that adorn my walls.
